Our Animal Control Officers (ACOs) are employed by Williamson County to protect the public by enforcing state laws and local ordinances concerning domestic animals and work with the public to educate and gain compliance whenever possible. They are members of the National Animal Care and Control Association which creates high standards and guidelines for ACOs across the country. Our officers attend ongoing educational courses and training opportunities that make them leaders in their field of work.
