Schedule for Schools or Youth Groups

Schools and Youth Groups

We give teachers and students the opportunity to learn about how the animal center supports the families and pets in our community. We offer both on-site field trips, with a guided tour included, and classroom visits from our humane educator. Either allows you to choose from a variety of topics to fit your needs. All incorporate Social-Emotional Learning themes like kindness, compassion, and empathy that can be customized to meet reading and math standards. Lessons are approximately 30-40 minutes in length.
