Canine Advocates Class
The class is free of charge to enroll with a suggested donation of $10 to be made at the time of arrival. Parents are welcome to stay for the class.

Parents will be asked to come into the building to sign their child in and out of class.
Please make staff aware if a different people are doing pick up/drop off.

Step Two

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS
In consideration of my minor child being permitted to participate in any way in the Williamson County Animal Center’s Youth Programming, I, the undersigned, for myself, my family, and my minor child, all of my or my minor child's personal representatives, executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns, do hereby (enter initials in space provided before each statement):

I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury to participants in the Youth Volunteer Programming Program by interacting with animals and I agree to assume the full risk of any injures, damages, or loss regardless of severity which I, or my minor child/ward may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities now and in the future connected with or associated with the Youth Volunteer Programs.

I agree to waive and relinquish all claims against Williamson County, WCAC, and all other Williamson County departments, cooperating agencies, employees, officials, volunteers, and/or managers thereof that I, or my minor child/ward, may have as a result of participation in the Youth Volunteer Programs.

I assume all risk associated with my or my minor child’s/ward’s participation in Youth Volunteer Programs and understand and agree that WCAC offers no warranty or guarantee as to any animals’ physical condition or the animals’ ability to cohabitate with people or other animals.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend Williamson County, WCAC, and all other Williamson County departments, cooperating agencies, employees, officials, volunteers, and/or managers thereof from any and all claims resulting from injuries, damages, claims, illness, and losses sustained by me, or my minor child/ward including any death and serious injuries related to, arising out of, connected with, or in association with activities of Youth Volunteer Programs which may be caused to myself, my family, or my minor child/ward.

I agree that Williamson County may use these photographs, free of charge and without notice to myself, for promotional materials in a brochure, magazine, newspaper, or any other type of display Williamson County sees fit. By signing this document, the above named and the undersigned relinquish any right that they may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied at the complete discretion of WCAC.
