Do you have an extra seat at the table this Thanksgiving?
No one likes to spend the holidays alone, including our shelter animals. Our cats and dogs would enjoy a break the 23rd-26th (or return Monday, November 28th).
We'll supply the food, toys, supplies and knowledge. You supply the time, love and TLC. If you are interested in fostering, please fill out a foster application online (and please indicate that you are interested in fostering for Thanksgiving). Be sure to indicate what kind of fostering experience you're looking for. (cats, dogs, small furry animals, if you have children...etc.)

Feel free to stop by or email our foster coordinator at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your home is a good
match for an animal, our foster coordinator will contact you!
Fosters will have an opportunity to meet the animals first before taking them over the weekend. Dog owners will also have the opportunity to do a meet and greet between their dog and our dogs to help make sure it's a good fit. We recommend our adult cats be kept in an enclosed office or bedroom space during the weekend since it's a short time.
It's a wonderful opportunity for our animals to not only decompress from the shelter, but also for us to learn how they are in a home environment. For the foster, it can also be a great time to learn if it's the right time to add a new pet to the home.
Animals will be picked up on 11/23.
*Holiday fosters must be a Williamson County resident or a resident of a county that touches Williamson County.
