Do you have a child looking to give back to the animals in our community, but are too young or can’t commit to our regular volunteer programs?

Join us for a Youth Service day this summer! Join us for fun and do some good in the process!  During this 2 hour period, we will take a tour, learn about what WCAC does for the community, and several small volunteer projects. Projects are based on shelter need at that time. June’s projects will likely revolve around cats and kittens, and June is the month where we receive the most felines. Depending on the animals in the building at the time of the program, children may also get an opportunity to visit with an animal. 

Your child may get dirty while visiting the shelter!
